Digital Products – No Refunds / All Sales Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Access & Delivery Support
If you experience a technical issue with your purchase — such as a missing or corrupted file — please contact us using the email provided in your delivery note. We will verify your order and reissue access if needed.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, user error, or technical issues outside our control (e.g., device compatibility or email spam filters).
Delivery
Upon payment confirmation, you’ll receive instant access to your toolkit via an on-screen download link, followed by a delivery email containing your order details and remaining download access.
Delivery is typically immediate. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours to process.
If you don’t receive your delivery email within that timeframe, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
For urgent access issues, reach out using the email provided in your delivery note.

Access & Availability
All toolkits are delivered instantly via an on-screen download link immediately after purchase, followed by a delivery email containing your order details and remaining download access.
Each digital product includes a total of three (3) download opportunities — one via the instant on-screen link, and two (2) additional downloads available through the delivery email.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to complete your downloads. After this period, links automatically expire and new access cannot be issued.
We may occasionally update or relocate files to maintain quality.
If an update occurs within your active 30-day access period, an equivalent replacement link will be provided.
Beyond that timeframe, updates and replacements are not guaranteed.
Fair Use & Prohibited Activities
No scraping, cloning, or automated copying of our kits, images, or site content. We reserve the right to revoke access for abuse.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback after successful delivery, we will revoke your license and access to future updates.
Pricing & Taxes
All toolkit prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. As digital products, no physical items will be shipped. Taxes are calculated based on UK regulations and may not apply to international purchases.
